Referrals to Specialists

Many  insurance plans require that your primary care physician make a written referral before you undergo certain diagnostic tests or receive care from a subspecialist.    Some insurers will not pay for these services if they have not been pre-approved.  We are happy to assist with these "referral" and "prior approval"  issues as they arise.   You may reach our "Referral Desk" in one of the following ways:

• Stop by the "Referral Desk"  before you leave the office.   The "Referral Desk" is just to the right of the "Check Out"  area.

• Call  404-252-4611 and choose option #4 to speak with our referral coordinator.

• You may also contact us via our secure message service on this website.  Our referral coordinator will contact you within 1-2 business days after receiving your request.
