We offer all sick visits and
well check-ups by appointment.
Appointments are available
during the following times:
Monday and Friday 8:00 am -
4:30 pm.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 am -
6:00 pm.
Please call 404-252-4611 to make your appointment.
Weekday telephone hours are 7:30 am -
12:00 pm and 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm.
Saturdays
Saturday appointments are
generally for
urgent illnesses. A limited number of "Check-up" appointments are
pre-scheduled for Saturdays.
Call between 8:30 am and 11:30
am on Saturday to make a "sick visit" appointment.
The office will usually close on Saturday
at 11:30 am. On busy days, however, appointment hours may extend to 12:30
pm.
(If you do not make an
appointment, there will be a walk-in fee of $50 during "appointment only"
times. This fee is not billable to your insurance.)
