Cardio Kool Kids™ combines kickboxing, sports drills, strength training, hip hop dance and journaling for a fun, fitness experience! Boys and girls of all ages and fitness levels have a great time! Cardio Kool Kids™ gets kids moving toward a healthier lifestyle by making fitness fun!
